Picking your nose and eating it may help your immune system. A study stated that 44% of adults admitted to picking their nose and eating boogers.Mucus filters airborne contaminants. Eating it helps our immune system become stronger and learn to fight off all those contaminants. We swallow a lot of our mucus anyways through the nasal passage down the throat.

We all at one point or another experience it. Just remember, it's nothing! It's nothing, its nothing. Well, actually...it is something. It's a small thing called it's all in your mind!!
Don't let fear get in the way of talking to the girl of your dreams. Or, that is all they will ever be, a dream! What's the worst that can happen? She say no? A no is better then experiencing that horrible fear and not do anything about it. Talk to her, because if you don't the fear will never go away when talking to other women!

I pretty much discovered the work of Cain Caser about 2 days ago. I am pretty aware of what is happening in art and design. So, when I discovered the maturity and energy of Caser's work I was very confused why I have never seen it before or why he isn't more popular. That is art for you! At any case, his Flickr page is endless eye candy.
His work makes you think of so many well-known painters yet the integrity of his work shines above all. When looking at his work on the computer screen, it is very difficult to determine whether his paintings are digital, collage or what. But, after much research they are collaged paintings with mixed media and photocopies as well. Below is a quote from an interview he did with Sick of the Radio.

"As a kid growing up I was obsessed with graffiti. I lived near the end of the Metropolitan line so everything that was going on in London was delivered straight to my doorstep. The people, style, mystery and adventure of it completely fascinated me.By twelve years of age I had started writing graffiti and at sixteen it was dominating my life."

The Unemployed Man
In The Matter of The Unemployed Man
It is very evident the economy we live in wreaks hovac in our relationships, or family lives. More and more of our men are becoming unemployed. And alot of them had invested time in their jobs only to wake up and loose it all (or so it seems) which leaves the woman of the household the provider of the family. As a woman it is so easy for "making a way" to kick in. It is natural for us as we are nurturers. We just do what we know, what we were taught to do. However, what we were not taught was to support the man when a problem like this hits us.
We view our men as strong, and able to handle business and when that is out of alignment so is the relationship/family and I won't leave out emotions. I hear alot of women complain that their husbands need to look for other ways to get a job, or that they are tired of going home to him sitting on the couch, or that since he is home dinner should be cooked and the house should be spotless. I could go on and on about the emotional rollercoaster in which some of us are taken. It's funny because out of all that, I never hear them support him and lift him up in prayer. The negative of the situation always gets the attention. It seems as tearing him down is the easiest route to go.
There are alot of single women who when you ask if they would consider dating a man who was unemployed would say "NO, he has to have a job before I enter a relationship with him." Imagine what kind of stain that is to the man who is trying really hard to find a job. It is important for us to remember that even though he is a man, does not take away from the point that he has feelings to. Not being able to provide for his family is heart breaking in itself. Seeing his wife/girlfriend picking up his slack is another blow and the final blow to him is that he has no support from her. For him a sense of responsibility was lost when he lost his job.
I always say that with every cause there is an effect. With him being unemployed there comes many effects behind it,
Communication~ Communicaton may be lost between he and his mate.
Family~ He may feel as if he let his family down.
Sex life~ It dwindles because of him feeling like a failure
Depression~ From being rejected by one job prospect to another
Apperance~ He no longer recognized himself in the mirror because the hurt and pain is now showing on the outside
It is important for us(women) to encourage him. He is the head of the household and no amount of money can change that. However what can change is our ability to stay grounded and build him back up. In order to make him go he needs the support from family and friends. It is very important to allow him to remain the head of the household and we can do that by not stripping him of his duties at home. The economy has already done that, he does not need it at home. Continue to talk to him, ask him how his day went (Yes, even if you already know.) Tell him how your day went. Communication is key. And most importantly show him affection a lot of it. He will appreciate it, and feed off of it.
This economy is not partial to anyone. There are alot of unemployed women as well and being unemployed does not take away from the person we are. The only ingredients needed to make it through is FAITH AND LOVE....

Alex Yanes was born in Miami , July 20th 1977. His art is characterized by the romanticism and sublimeness of its color, content, and the deliberate precision of its form and lines. It is the duality between the conceptual and the graphical that makes his art both inspiring and accessible. Yanes' art serves as a metaphor for the conflict between reason and imagination and the divided nature of the human spirit.
Along with vivid colors, he uses bold outlines to define his intricate figures. His most recent works are mixed media, three dimensional images. This process consists of drawing then cutting the image out of panels using power tools. Once they are cut, the individual pieces of the puzzle are sanded and painted using a mixture of acrylic , spray enamel and epoxy resin. Finally , the pieces are attached in multiple layers, revealing a multi-dimensional experience. Yanes is represented by Michael Margulies.

Of the many roles Pat Robertson has assumed over his five-decade-long career as an evangelical leader — including presidential candidate and provocative voice of the right wing — his newest guise may perhaps surprise his followers the most: marijuanalegalization advocate.
“I really believe we should treat marijuana the way we treat beverage alcohol,” Mr. Robertson said in an interview on Wednesday. “I’ve never used marijuana and I don’t intend to, but it’s just one of those things that I think: this war on drugs just hasn’t succeeded.”
Mr. Robertson’s remarks echoed statements he made last week on “The 700 Club,” the signature program of his Christian Broadcasting Network, and other comments he made in 2010. While those earlier remarks were largely dismissed by his followers, Mr. Robertson has now apparently fully embraced the idea of legalizing marijuana, arguing that it is a way to bring down soaring rates of incarceration and reduce the social and financial costs.
“I believe in working with the hearts of people, and not locking them up,” he said.
Mr. Robertson’s remarks were hailed by pro-legalization groups, who called them a potentially important endorsement in their efforts to roll back marijuana penalties and prohibitions, which residents of Colorado and Washington will vote on this fall.
